We understand that forecasts aren’t always accurate. Here’s our weather policy:
- If it rains before your event starts, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund of your booking deposit
- If it starts raining after you’ve used less than half of your session, you’ll be refunded 50% of the total amount
- If you’ve already used more than half of your session when it starts raining, no refund will be issued
If rain begins during your reservation, contact us immediately and:
- Cover the projector, speakers, and all electronics using the tarps provided
- Unplug all electronic equipment
- Go inside and enjoy the rest of your reserved time while we come to take down the equipment
