- Setup and takedown service

- Extension cords and power distribution
What’s Not Included
The following are not provided:
- Movies, DVDs, or streaming subscriptions
- Laptops or computers
- WiFi or internet connection
- Seating or blankets for guests
- Food or refreshments
Space Requirements
Our standard setup requires approximately 8m x 8m (26ft x 26ft) of flat, obstacle-free space. Smaller packages may require less space.
The viewing area should be:
- Relatively flat and level
- Free of overhead obstacles (tree branches, power lines)
- Accessible for equipment transport
- Within 50 feet of an outdoor electrical outlet
Equipment Use
All equipment must be used as intended and according to instructions provided during setup. Do not:
- Move equipment after setup without our permission
- Attempt to adjust or modify equipment settings
- Allow children to play on or around the inflatable screen
- Use equipment in ways not demonstrated during setup
- Disconnect or reconnect cables without guidance
Business & Community League Bookings
Community leagues and organizations booking our services must:
- Designate a primary contact person for the event
- Ensure the event area is properly secured if open to the public
- Provide proof of liability insurance if required
- Coordinate with us regarding setup access and timing
- Be responsible for crowd control and guest safety
Custom contracts may be created for recurring community events or large-scale bookings.
Private Customer Bookings
Private bookings are intended for personal use at residential properties. Commercial use of our equipment for private bookings without prior written consent is prohibited.
Maximum guest capacity recommendations will be provided based on your selected package and screen size.
