Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Requirements

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking deposit. The remaining balance, if paid, will be refunded.

Rescheduling Your Event

You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If inclement weather occurs before your event starts, you may choose to either reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of your booking deposit.

If rain begins during your reservation:

  • Less than 50% of session used: 50% refund of total booking amount
  • More than 50% of session used: No refund issued

Weather-related rescheduling does not incur any fees and is subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to be present at the scheduled booking time without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of all payments. Setup will proceed as scheduled, and full payment will be required.

Community League Bookings

Community league events may have different cancellation terms based on the contract agreement. Please refer to your specific booking contract or contact us directly.
