Photography & Marketing
We may take photos during setup for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your event photographed, please inform us before setup begins.
By booking our services, you grant permission for Yeg Backyard Cinema to use non-identifying photos of the setup (not including guests) for promotional materials unless you opt out.
Force Majeure
Yeg Backyard Cinema will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, equipment failure, vehicle breakdown, illness, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available date or provide a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in providing high-quality equipment and service. If you experience technical issues during your event, contact us immediately and we will troubleshoot remotely or dispatch assistance if possible.
Equipment malfunctions caused by manufacturer defects (not client misuse) may result in partial refunds at our discretion.
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary booking contact and the person present during setup/takedown must be at least 18 years of age.
Pets
Please secure pets during setup and takedown to ensure the safety of our staff and your animals. We love pets but ask that they be kept away from equipment to prevent damage or injury.
Alcohol & Controlled Substances
While we don’t prohibit alcohol at private events, we ask that all guests consume responsibly. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if anyone behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of our staff or equipment.
For community league events, alcohol policies must comply with local regulations and organizational guidelines.
